1. About WhyGo

WhyGo arranges custom printing and local delivery in Kozhikode. Printing is fulfilled by Cats Internet Cafe, Foura Building, Indira Gandhi Road, Mavoor Road Junction, Tazhekkod, Kozhikode, Kerala 673001. The shop operates daily from 10 am to midnight. Ordering depends on shop capacity, service availability and delivery coverage.

These terms apply to your use of WhyGo and orders placed through it. Please read them together with our Privacy & order policies, which explain file handling, cancellations and refunds in more detail.

2. Your account and contact details

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. Provide accurate recipient details, a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address. Keep your sign-in account secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Files and print instructions

Upload only material you own or have permission to reproduce. Do not submit unlawful material, counterfeit documents, malicious files or content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights. We may decline an order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled and explain the reason where permitted.

You retain ownership of your files. You give WhyGo and the print shop permission to access, process and reproduce them only as needed to fulfil your order and resolve related support requests. Uploading a file does not give us permission to use its content for advertising.

Before paying, check the file, page count, paper size, colour mode, content orientation, print sides, finish and number of copies. Proofreading, photo retouching and design corrections are not included. The preview is a guide: screen colours, paper texture and binding appearance can differ from the physical result. This does not excuse incorrect settings or defective printing.

4. Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Review the item charges, delivery charge, any applicable taxes and final total shown at checkout before paying. Document printing is charged per printed side; duplex printing charges for each printed page once. Binding and other selected services are charged as shown in your quote.

Payments are processed through Cashfree. A payment confirmation means payment was received; the shop’s acceptance and subsequent progress appear on your order page. If payment succeeds but no order appears, contact support with the payment reference before paying again.

Prices may change for future orders. We will not increase a paid order’s price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order as confirmed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative for your approval or a refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery is arranged through Prorouting within the supported 15 km service area, subject to courier availability. The delivery estimate is shown before payment and may need refreshing if it expires or your address changes. Preparation and arrival times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times.

Check your map pin and address carefully and keep the recipient available by phone. If a delivery fails or is delayed, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained and agreed with you before another delivery is arranged.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel a paid order from its order page while it is waiting for shop acceptance. A successful cancellation is eligible for a full refund, including delivery, without a cancellation fee. After acceptance, contact the shop immediately; we will check whether work can still be stopped. Custom prints cannot ordinarily be cancelled or returned solely for a change of mind once printing begins.

If we cannot fulfil your order, you are eligible for a full refund including delivery. For missing, incorrect or defective prints, we will investigate and offer an appropriate refund or agreed replacement. Reporting problems promptly, preferably within 48 hours, helps us investigate; this is not a deadline that removes your legal rights.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within two business days; banks generally take a further 5–7 working days, with timing varying by bank and payment method. See our full cancellation and refund policy for details.

7. Privacy and service access

Our Privacy & order policies explain how account details, addresses and print files are used, shared and retained. Do not attempt to access another customer’s files, bypass security controls or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks; this does not remove obligations relating to legitimate paid orders.

8. Service issues and your rights

Technical outages, courier disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect fulfilment. We will communicate material issues and help resolve affected orders. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your rights to remedies for defective goods, deficient services or unfair practices.

Indian law applies. You may raise a dispute with the appropriate consumer commission, court or other authority available under applicable law. Contacting support does not prevent you from using those remedies.

9. Support and complaints

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month. Never share banking passwords, card PINs or OTPs with support.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the updated date on this page. Changes apply prospectively; an existing order remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
